By accessing our Site, you agree not to misuse it in any way that violates laws, regulations, or the integrity of our brand. Unauthorized use, resale, or exploitation of any content or product without express permission is prohibited.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is complete, current, or error-free.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day.
  • Standard shipping generally arrives within 5–7 business days after order processing (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited shipping options are available and may incur additional fees.
  • Once your order is processed, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:

  • You may return products purchased directly from www.pxporganics.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us at our website.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, including outer box and product container, and must not be fully used to qualify for a full refund.
  • We do not accept third-party returns. If you purchased from a retail store, please contact that retailer directly.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of PXP Organics and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PXP Organics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from our Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
